New "Load-Out" Feature available from the CBC-M Integrator

A "Load-Out" feature, complete with "In-Flight" compensation, has been added to the CBC-M integrator. All features are accessed through the existing keyboard and the operator simply enters the "target" weight and starts the conveyor. When the target weight has been achieved the integrator stops the conveyor. The "target" weight can then be changed or the existing weight can be used again.
If required individual tickets can be printed for each load, or the data can be stored on the optional data logger unit for downloading to a PC at a later date.

WestWeigh in Hungary

In July 2009 EuroScale Kft. were appointed sole distributors for WestWeigh products in Hungary.

EuroScale quickly won their first two orders for Belt Weighing Systems and these were installed on Finlay and Powerscreen machines in August 2009. (See "Photo" section of the website)

Despite the "difficult" worldwide trading conditions our export business has continued to grow with orders in July and August being shipped to customers in Australia, Barbados, Canada, Finland, Hungary, Portugal, Spain, The Reunion Islands, Russia, U.S.A., and the United Arab Emirates.

New Products......

The CBC-M Integrator is now available with a new Data Logging facility. This feature can be provided on both 12/24 vdc "mobile" units and 110/240 vac fixed plants.

A comprehensive set of production and management data can be "printed / written" to a Flash Drive / Memory Stick and this can then be transferred to any P.C. running Microsoft Excel.

No special software, licence or modification is required by the receiving P.C.. The Flash Drive will automatically present an Excel file of the recorded data and this can then be analysed using the powerful and familiar features of the Excel program.

Information such as Production Efficiency, Performance Graphs, Historical Performance Records etc. can all be produced and if required integrated into reports that can be forwarded to head offices etc. for further evaluation.

Unlike some other data logging systems this low cost feature is very easy to use as it based on a program (Microsoft Excel) used by most managers around the world.

The 5th Generation CBC Integrator.

The new integrator will not replace the highly successful CBC-M (4th Generation) model. It is being introduced to provide an extended range of "high end" features that have been incorporated following customer feedback.

As in all previous models it will use the same customer interface so that existing customers will not have to learn any new operating proceedures.

The new system will have some powerful and interesting new features but will be still remain competitive in price.

New Low Cost Tilt Switch Relay.

The new tilt switch relay has been introduced to provide a low cost control for our range of tilt switches probes. The board will operate on 240/110 vac and 24 vdc. and a safe12vdc signal voltage is supplied to the tilt switch probe. Red and Green LED indicators show the current probe status and a variable time delay adjustment is provided to prevent false alarms. Relay contact outputs are available for switching control circuits.

The full range of D&K conveyor safety products are now available from stock. These high quality units are available in impact resistant, thick walled, glass fibre re-inforced polyester or cast iron.
Up to 4 contacts are available (4 NC + 4 NO). The units offer IP66 protection.
The models shown here are all of the "latching" variety but they can also be supplied without this feature.
All bearings, rollers, fastenings etc. are manufactured in Stainless Steel to ensure an extended, reliable working life in the most arduous environments.
Models are available for EX environments according to the ATEX-guideline for use in Zone 21 and 1.
